The room is in 3 bed house in a quiet street, very close to retail parks, supermarkets, hospital, M5jct 6, and 2 miles from the town centre. We are also close to a bus route into town.

The room is freshly decorated, clean and furnished with double compact bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small table and a new carpet. There is room for a desk top computer and we have
fibre optic fast broadband .
There is a large garden with sitting area.
I can supply bed linen if required.
We are a quiet non smoking household.

We prefer working persons.
Maybe ideal for those working at the retail
parks or the hospital. A nearby bus route
makes getting into the town centre easy if you dont drive.
