1 double and 1 single room to rent in a tidy, well maintained three bedroom house in the popular St Peters. I currently live in the property and really do like it. I just think the extra money will be better spent on a nicer holiday than rent on two bedrooms I don't even use!
The house has downstairs toilet, kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer etc, lounge with dining table, sofa, big tv with sky+hd. Small but very nice garden. Upstairs has my room, plus one small(ish) single room, reasonable sized double and bathroom with bath and shower over bath. Loft and shed space available too.
My landlady will need to be made aware of new people moving in. If stay is long term, tenants may need to go on my tenancy agreement. There is no minimum stay but I would ask for one months notice so I have time to find someone else to move in.
I'm easy to get on with, work hard and am rarely not busy with something to do with the theatre school I run for children. I look forward to meeting you if you're interested :-)
