Large double bedroom in a lovely period house

We have a bedroom up for grabs in our house on Bath Road, Worcester. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre and has easy access to the M5 J7.

The room comes furnished with Bed, Wardrobe, Drawers and bedside table. There is also a 'walk-in' wardrobe which is ideal for storage.

Both the bathroom and kitchen have been updated in the last few months so they're all lovely and new. The rest of the house is also well presented. We've also got a cute little garden out the back which gets heaps of sunshine throughout the day so is ideal for BBQs and general lazing.

Myself (Andy) and other housemate, Syd, are both designers and work from home most of the time. I'd like to think we're a friendly pair and always keen to spend time together in and out of the house when possible.

All bills are included which includes Sky Fibre Broadband and a cleaner who does all of the communal areas. As you can see from the photos we try to keep them place pretty tidy so need somebody who would fit into that as well.
