Double room in central Worcester

I am looking to take in a lodger for my end terrace house in the Battenhall area of Worcester. The room was recently redecorated, has a double bed/furniture and is available for rent at £360 per month. The rent includes all bills and wireless broadband.

The house is well located as the centre of Worcester is less than a 10 minute walk away. There is no off road parking but the road outside the house does not have any parking restrictions.

The room would ideally suit a young professional who is easy going and respectful of others. I would prefer a non smoker but this is not essential as long as the person did not smoke in the house. No pets are allowed.
