The house is a Victorian mid-terrace on Astwood Road. It's about 12mins walk to town and the two train stations. It has a courtyard garden - with seating area (west facing), good-sized kitchen, wc, lounge, bathroom, cellar and office.

Rent includes all bills including Sky TV, Netflix, broadband and a weekly cleaner.

Current occupants are me (28, teacher - male) and another housemate (28, veterinary nurse - male).

We are welcoming and easy going. Don't entertain drama and enjoy nights out and in. We're both very clean, tidy and respectful and expect the same.
