Beautiful double room with own bathroom

I have a double room available with sole use of the bathroom (which is right next to the room).

The house is 3 bedroom, detached with off-road parking and all facilities including a dishwasher and fortnightly cleaner. It also has a large private garden and conservatory.

It is in Warndon Villages - in walking distance of Tesco, doctors, dentist, pub - close to M5, industrial estates, hospital.

I am a primary school teacher, easy going and sociable. I used to lodge when I was in my early twenties.
