Furnished double room with showerroom on top floor

Furnished double room on the top floor of a 4 bedroom house, with a private shower room. The only other room on the third floor of the house is the study which is rarely used, so you would pretty much have the floor to yourself. Downstairs is a lounge and open plan dining room/kitchen which would be shared.

The house is in a really convenient location for any one working at Worcester hospital, and is about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. Either 7 days a week or Monday-Friday will be fine.

We have a small cockapoo who everyone seems to adore - she is really friendly, surprisingly calm and well behaved. She goes to doggy day care during week days so usually won't be around when I am not, and sleeps in the utility room downstairs at night.
