The property itself is located in a quiet area, which is just fifteen minutes walk from the city centre. Positioned close to local amenities (such as a Costcutter, pharmacy and two takeaways) and with a nearby fitness centre and swimming pool.

As well as this, a bus stop can be found just two minutes walk away, and for drivers there is convenient on road parking and good access to junction six of the M5. However, just fifteen to twenty minutes walk will get you directly to both Worcester train stations (Foregate Street or Shrub Hill) and there is also a nearby walking route to the local University.

Occupancy includes use of all accessories and fixtures in the communal kitchen, including microwave and washing machine. Allocated cupboard and fridge/freezer space is also available if preferred.

The current occupiers include a female, who is the live-in landlord. Who is friendly, warm and easy going and are looking to offer and initial six month tenancy to a similar suitable male or female housemate, with the possibility of extending for a longer term.
