Room for rent in cottage on London Road

I have a double room for rent in my cottage. Very close to town (20 minute walk) and also 5 minutes to the M5 motorway.

The room is not overlooked and is a good size which is next to the bathroom. There is already a large rail fixed for clothes (can be removed if unwanted). I stay out myself a couple of days during the week. There is a large spacious living room/ dining room and a huge kitchen with plenty of cupboard space.

It's a quiet household as I am a professional but I also study in my own time.

I have mentioned that the room will be available from 21st September as I would like to give the room a lick of paint before anyone moves in there, and I am happy for people to put up pictures etc to make it their own.
