Large fully furnished room in family home

For many years I have rented my rooms out to tenants most staying a min of 2 years. I am a professional female working for the NHS.
The room is a large double room next to the family bathroom which has an over the bath shower. The House was renovated recently so is decorated to a good standard.
There is a double room to rent which is available now to view anytime.
I would consider couples but at an increased rent of £115 pw £500 per month.
The house has a dinning room with a smart tv and open fire, the sitting room has a log burner and tv. The Kitchen is small but manageable, all rooms are free to use at all times. The current tennant is male and in his 30's. A nice man whom I have lived in as the live in land lady for the last 6 months. Now I have moved out I trust him to be a good person to house share with.
