Looking for professional person working normal(Ish) office hours to share my home - not a multi-let house share. Ideal for someone who wants to just relax and wind down after a busy day at work.

Comfortable , clean and fully furnished double room with sole use of main bathroom (bath, shower, WC, wash basin) in nice house in Warndon Villages.

There is off-road parking on the drive if required and you can store a bike in the garage if you have one.

The room is fully furnished and includes wardrobe, large chest of drawers, double bed with new IKEA firm mattress, 40" TV with Amazon Fire TV.

You will have full access to the living room and kitchen as well as the rear enclosed garden with patio chairs & table. It's nice and quiet and cool there in the evening.

The house is situated in a quiet avenue in leafy Warndon Villages, with a range of shops within 5 mins walk (Tesco Express, Pizza Hut takeaway, Chinese takeaway). It is also on 2 main bus routes (to the Worcester Royal Hospital and to Worcester).

It's within walking distance of the Berkeley Business Park (Worcester Bosch, Mazak).There are also nice bike/walking routes all around the local area.
The house is also in easy reach of junctions 6 and 7 of the M5, 5 mins to junction 6, 10 mins to j7.

You can also walk to Worcester Rugby Club and David Lloyd Leisure Centre within 10 mins from the house.

I am a friendly, professional female who is self-employed and works from home. I have a 7 yr old Labrador called Buddy and 2 cats who are outside most of the time, so you would need to either like or be OK with pets.
