The current tenants are young professionals (1 male and 1 female) and 1 student (male).
I am ideally looking for a student / young professional of similar age to the current tenants . The person must be easy to get along with and very tidy.
The house has a shared kitchen with sofa area and TV. All bills are included and the house has fibre optic super fast broadband.
