Hi!
I've got a double room to rent in a nice area of Worcester (Battenhall/Cherry Orchard). There are plenty of local amenities including a co-op, chip shop, post office etc., while it is only a 15-20 min walk to town. There is plenty of on road parking and access to the M5 is easy.
The house has a modern kitchen diner/ living room opening up to a large patio and small garden.
The room is a bright and airy large double (4.0x4.0m), with plenty of storage. The room is furnished, although there is some scope for bringing your own furniture, if required.
Fibre broadband is included, as are all other bills.

I have a big dog, so you must love dogs!

I'm a 'liv-in' landlord and have let out rooms in my house for over 20 years..
