My house is located in a lovely, quiet residential road about 1 mile from Worcester city center and has a large gym and golf course 3mins walk away. The house has been has recently been renovated to a very high standard.

Currently I am renting my spare room to 1 other person (Tom, 27) who is very easy to get along with and is clean, tidy and respectful. I have recently finished umi and have secured a job in Devon so am going to relocate permanently.

I now require another lodger to rent the room that I was occupying (the master bedroom) 13ft x 13ft aprox with bay window. The arrangement will be the prospective lodger sharing only with the current housemate.
