The room is 8 minutes walk from Foregate Street train station and the main shopping area and close to the University of Worcester campuses. There is a Premier Stores shop just a few doors away.
The landlady is friendly and welcoming. She's sociable but also respects privacy. Everything is kept clean and tidy.

A lovely garden is available for relaxing. There is a side alley for access for a bike and space for a bike too in the garden.
