Located on Kensington Road in West Reading, this is only 10 minute pedestrian walk to Reading West Station. The town centre is a 10 minute Bus ride on Purple 17, Sky Blue 15/17 routes running every 5 minutes.

Tesco Extra 0.1 mile / 3 minute walk; Today's Local convenience store 200 feet away on adjacent road and large Kensington public park directly opposite property.

Room rates include bills, Gas; Electricity; Water; Council Tax and Broadband (Virgin Media 200Mb).

Room rates also include a cleaning service of all communal areas.

"With shared accommodation, comfort is hard to come by however in 85 Kensington Road that was rarely the case.

Bedroom 3 is quite larger than the usual bedroom with enough space to not feel enclosed. The internet connection is very stable and the room has awesome Kensington park views offering an abundance of natural light fully until sundown.

The location of the accommodation is close to all amenities, that is to say; 5 minute walk from a very large Tesco and bus routes that take you all over Reading. The town centre is a quick 20min walk too.

If you are a gym buff, there are gyms within 10-15min walks, with the parks offering good walking scenery.

I cannot recommend this place enough."

"Andrew is a really good landlord. He does everything by the book and is very quick to make repairs. He is polite, fair and honest. In terms of the house, I really enjoyed my time at May Street. The room I was in was massive and the walls are nice and thick so you can't hear anyone across the hall.
