I offer my lodgers a safe home from home environment with many extras included as well as all the bills. You will be sharing my home with one other professional young lodger (18),, myself and my partner. So a lovely, peaceful household on a really sought after area of Milton Keynes (west side of MK, Emerson Valley, MK4). Close to all major roads and rail links.

My rental price not only includes a lovely double, fully furnished room with TV (if required), a desk and chair, large wardrobe, double or single bed (your choice), chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and bookshelf but also includes lots of food stuffs i. e. breakfast cereals, tea/coffee/milk, cooking oils and spices, bread and butter and all jams and spreads.

I also have a lovely large double guest room which you can book for a family member to stay or a friend (by prior arrangement) inclusive in your rental cost and they too benefit from all the additional things that your rental includes.

I also do all your laundry inclusive of the rental price.

Also included is my Girlfriend/Boyfriend Rule, I'll explain more when you come to view.

There is plenty of private parking if you own a car.

There is a 77 inch TV in the newly decorated shared lounge showing Sky TV, Netflix, Disney+.

Superfast Gigabyte Broadband fibre to the house.

The house is set in a beautiful, quiet location on the much sought after area of Emerson Valley, in a cul de sac with just 4 other houses on West Side of Milton Keynes.

The deposit will match the monthly rental amount i. e £700 rent £700 deposit.
