Small double room in Wimbledon Park female houseshare - £755 PCM inc. bills.

One of our housemates is sadly flying the nest, so we’re looking to welcome someone new!

You’ll be sharing with two female professionals in their mid-thirties. One of us is a copywriter and works from home two days a week, and the other works in childcare so is out during the day.

Our ideal housemate is another female of a similar age, who is respectful with a good sense of humour. We’re a lovely bunch who like a chat and a glass of wine but we’re not a party house - we’re more the type to get a takeaway and binge a Netflix drama in an evening. We have a large back garden (fantastic for summer evenings), so those with green thumbs are very welcome!

The house is in a great location - we’re less than ten minutes away from Wimbledon Park station (District Line) and Haydons Road station (Thameslink). The 156/N87 bus stops are less than a minute away too. We’re just across the road from a huge Home Bargains store, are a short walk from the Plough Lane retail park (Lidl, Starbucks, Greggs) and are sandwiched between two Co-Ops. We’re also super close to the Woodman Pub, some lovely coffee shops and the gorgeous greenery of Wimbledon Park.

We also have a cat that turns up as she pleases (once every few weeks), so one to bear in mind if you have any allergies.
