Very big apartment right in the middle of Shoreditch. You can walk to Old Street Station and Liverpool Street Station in under 5 minutes. This is the perfect location, right in the middle of Shoreditch, but unlike other Shoreditch apartments, it's peaceful and totally quiet.

The place has a huge living room with a projector, Hue lights, Apple TV, Netflix, really comfortable sofas etc

The modern kitchen comes with everything you may need to cook up a storm, all the usual stuff plus mixers, blenders juicers if you're feeling creative.

The building has two security doors so it's very safe and secure.

The double room is bigger than it looks in the pictures, more than enough room for a really nice home office set up if needs be.

The modern bathroom has just been refurbished with new tiles, bath, taps etc.

Looking for a professional to move in and enjoy the apartment as much as I do. Must be clean and tidy obviously but fairly relaxed about everything :)

I work a lot of the time but when I'm around I'm super chilled out, up for a chat or happy being quiet :)
