Double room “en suite”, near Queen Mary Uni London

Hi there,
I'm renting one of the room here, it's a lovely double room with lots of storage, comes with a wardrobe, a drawers and the bed has drawers too, the house has 2 bathrooms, so we can use one each (en-suite bathroom, just outside the room).
It's a nice 2 bedroom flat, with a living room and separate kitchen, there's a parking rack for the bikes in the court yard and a parking bay for the car in the garage, the position is also nice, It’s a residential area, close to the canal and the park (Mile End Park and Victoria Park), there are many off licence and small shops close to the house and it’s well connected, 2 bus stops (339 and 309) are just below the property, the bus would take you to the closest underground stations, Mile End and Stephney Green, couple of stops away, walking time it’s about 10/15min away.
The building It's 5min walk from Queen Mary University of London.
The property really has everything you need to live a comfortable life, sharing it in two, makes it even easier.

I'm a Firefighter, reliable and easy to live with, for the nature of my job I try to have a balanced and healthy lifestyle. When I'm home I like to chill, I'm sociable and easy going, but I also spend lots of time on my own, like on my laptop, maybe on Netflix or reading. Few things that I care about is cleanliness and quality life, I like to keep the house nice and tidy, I’m not obsessed, but I hate dirtiness, it makes me sad, so if you're not the same or simply don't care, it won't work, also absolutely no smokers please, thanks.
I'm Italian so yes I usually cook and eat lots of pasta, I also like music, art, gym, photography and have many interest in general (maybe too many).
