The flat is located just a 1-minute walk from Clapham Common, perfect for walks, runs, and picnics in the summer! Enjoy exceptional transport links with Clapham Common tube station a mere 10-minute walk away. 🚉

You will be sharing with 3 other young single female professionals in their early-late 20's (no couples or pets). We prefer a female tenant, as all the current tenants are female.

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £150 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.
