Tom and Leah have recently got into powerlifting and spur each other on 2-3 times a week in the garden gym!

Valerie, 27, has an en-suite studio on the second floor. Valerie was originally from Singapore, studied at the University of Leeds and now works in tech in central London.

Beau is a 2 year old very friendly house cat who spends most of her time out in the garden or sleeping downstairs. She is not allowed upstairs so does not disturb anyone in their rooms!

Applicant requirements:

1) For affordability, gross income must exceed £30,000 (£50,000 if enquiring as a couple).
2) The minimum let is 6 months.
3) Must be non-smoker and have no pets.

We only offer in-person viewings as it is very important to us to find the right person for the house, so everyone has a brilliant time living here. Please contact us via Spareroom to arrange an in-person viewing.

We try to arrange viewings as quickly as possible (often same or next day), and will let you know the same day of the viewing if we are able to offer the room to you. If an offer is made, to secure the room, the deposit (£1,200, or £1,500 if enquiring as a couple) must be paid in full.

Can more than two people share the studio?
The studio is intended for single occupant but a maximum of two people can share the studio for an additional surcharge of £300/month, for a total of £1,500 month. Both people must be over 18 years old, in work and have a combined gross annual income exceeding £50,000.

Can I bring large items with me, such as a bed?
Generally no, as all possessions must be kept in the studio or in provided storage areas elsewhere in the property. Very large items will not fit in these other storage areas (if it won't fit in a large wardrobe, it won't fit).

Can I store my bike anywhere?
Yes, but the only available space is the side alley of the house, which is kept secure by a locking 2m+ composite gate.
