Double room with Private Bathroom

I’m moving out and looking for a female professional to replace me as a tenant in this 2 bed 2 bath flat. This is a double room, with a separate bathroom (with bathtub) for your own private use. The other flatmate has an en-suite.

We have a large open plan living area, and a balcony with views of the city.

The room is furnished with a double bed, small chest of drawers and a new wardrobe, plus a second spare wardrobe is available if wanted!

The kitchen has a dishwasher and the washing machine is a washer/dryer combo.

There is an estate Concierge (parcels often delivered here) and we have a permit for underground parking.
We are close to Roman road (market, shops, restaurants etc).
Walking distance to Bow Road station, Bow Church station and Mile End station.

The room will be available from the 4th July onwards.
Current tenancy ends on 4th October 2024 but my flatmate is wanting to renew the yearly contract.

Water bill is included as it’s part of the estate service charge.
Other bills (Council tax, internet, gas and electric) come to around £150 each per month.
Deposit is £877
