This is available for either 2 friends that wish to take both rooms OR you can take 1 room only and we'll match you up to another person of a similar profile for the other room (you will get to meet them before deciding!)

THE HOME 🏡
This place boasts 2 large double bedrooms each with a large brand new sturdy double bed (incl. brand new mattress), a large new sliding door wardrobe (with drawers, hangers and shelves), a new bedside table and a desk (optional if you don't need it and want the extra room).

In terms of shared space, you have a very modern luxurious living room with a 55inch 4k smart TV as well as a foldable dining table. You also have a brand new kitchen fully equipped with new appliances and a large bathroom (with bath and shower). There is also a large balcony with table and chairs for dinner/drinks on those summer nights!

In addition, you have 2 large communal storage cupboards inside the flat and 1 large communal shed outside (for bikes etc).

The flat is fully furnished has plenty of storage and has been recently refurbished to a extremely high standard throughout👌

THE HOUSEMATES 👩‍💼👨‍💼
You'll be living with one other working professional in their mid-to-late 20s or early 30s, similar to yourself and you will have an opportunity to meet your fellow housemate before deciding whether you want to go ahead.

The apartment is situated in a prime trendy London location popular with young professionals. You are around the corner from Brockwell Park which is perfect for walking, running, swimming (yes it has an outdoor pool!) or just relaxing with a morning coffee and a book.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes within a few minutes from the apartment (incl. a big Sainsbury's) and it's only a 10min walk to the very popular Brixton food market serving up some delicious street food and produce! 🛒

In terms of transport, the flat is only a 10 minute walk to Brixton tube station which is on the very well connected Victoria London underground (tube) line getting you into central London in a few stops!

THE BILLS 💷
The bills are all included in the rent and managed by us (so no need to argue about who used what). They include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up.

We do not charge any fees whatsoever and you have your own DESIGNATED PROPERTY CONTACT (so you only ever have to deal with one person for everything and never need to chase any landlords!).

We are a boutique property company specialising in homely flat shares in London. We take pride in personally meeting and hand-picking our tenants to ensure we create the right dynamic in a sociable home. Please note that we don't accept couples in our house shares to avoid overcrowding, only one tenant per room.

We are not an agency. As such, we do not take a commission or charge any fees. All you pay is one monthly rent payment plus your security deposit at the start.
