A large double room is available in my house. In addition, you will also have shared access to the office. On the ground floor you will share your own lounge with my other lodger and we will all share the open plan kitchen / dining area and south facing garden.

This area is clean, quiet and safe with access to good parks, nearby shops, restaurants, bars and services. It is well connected for travel into London with free street parking, good access to buses and lime bikes.
There is quick access by bike; 25 mins to the City, 30 mins West End or 40 mins to Canary Wharf via safe cycle routes. I also have a spare space in a secure street CycleHoop bike store 20-m away for those with bikes.

You will be sharing myself, a married 45 year old male owner who works in the City. I travel to Canada every 6 to 8 weeks to see my wife and children for (away for min. 10 days at a time) and will be away most weekends. I work long hours Mon thru Thurs in the office; I leave early in the morning and return late at night.
My lodger lives on the top floor with his own separate bathroom. He is 34 years old, works in music and he works from home 2-3 days a week as well as shared office space at his girlfriend’s flat nearby.
We are both very clean, friendly and sociable, are happy to hang out with one another but equally are both independent. The house is very large with plenty of room so we can all have our own space.
Please see the attached floor plans which clearly show the overall layout of the house, room dimensions with your / my space. The room available is Bedroom 1 on the first floor on the plans. I live in Bedroom 2 and my Lodger lives in Bedroom 3.
The room is available from 01 October until the 1st of August 2025 when my family will return from Canada.

- I am looking for a long term lodger for a minimum of 6 months
- We are both looking for a working, tidy, respectful, non smoking professional
- References will be required
- Working from home is fine subject to understanding working patterns, ideally no more than 3 days per week.
