We have 3 rescue dogs, 3 rescue cats but the house is kept extremely clean. No nasty 'doggie' smells. I believe in giving value for money
eg. super hot water all the time, good heating, fixing things if they break, respecting total privacy and having my tenants feel comfortable and happy, more like family. We are lucky to have really lovely people in the house and that is why we go out of our way to be good in return.

My husband and I have our own living areas but I sometimes cook, bake cakes (especially for my tenant's birthday) and we sometimes share a bottle of wine or two over dinner!
In summer I like to BBQ (weather depending) and you're welcome to join in.
The large garden is wonderful for relaxing and chilling under the trees.
Our Victorian house is beautifully kept, parking available.

Spotlessly clean, 2 large windows overlooking the back garden and trees. Good quality, matress, large wardrobe.

The dynamics and mix of people is very important to us, as this creates a wonderful, homely atmosphere.

NOT a party house or student digs, on the contrary VERY quiet and peaceful (especially over weekends) because everyone has different and unusually busy schedules which means there is never any over-crowding.

We equally respect your space, religion, sexual orientation etc. Between us we speak
11 languages and have several religions in the house.
The house is huge with large downstairs living room, kitchen and garden (for everyone to use)
The house is situated in one of the most prestigious and quiet streets in Ealing Broadway which has superb transport. All transport is 5 mins away, ie. Elizabeth, Central, District, Paddington Express lines and Heathrow Connect, shops, (Tesco 5 mins away) bars, taxi ranks and bus stations,

THE HOUSE:

with super hot, full pressure large shower
1 second bathroom downstairs with toilet and shower.
Large living room with antique furniture as well as 2 comfy, sofas
Huge kitchen downstairs, with dining table and 6 chairs, TV, double oven, gas hobs,
2 fridge/freezers,1 extra freezer in the garage variety of cooking equipment, lots of storage, microwave, extra grill for small items, etc.
1 Washing machine downstairs and a big coin operated dryer which is useful in winter.

GARDEN

A rotary clothes line (for summer drying) in the garden.
2 garden tables with lots of chairs and umbrellas.
The garden is big perfect for relaxing under the numerous trees

You would be expected to tidy up after yourself, BE CLEAN, responsible and tidy (non smoker) no drugs.
Absolutely not negotiable- kind to all animals !
It is important that everyone fits in which is why we prefer to wait for the right person who would be equally happy in the house. If you are looking for a home away from home this is it!
