The room is furnished and on the first floor.

It shares a bathroom with just 2 other tenants.

The house has a large kitchen, utility room, sitting room, conservatory and garden. there is plenty of off street parking.

Cleaners maintain the shared areas of the house every 2 weeks.

Please be very aware that this is a non smoking house.

We are professional landlords with several well maintained houses in the area.
