Description

I'm looking for a friendly professional to share the flat with, who is clean, tidy, relaxed and keen to find a place s/he can call home.

At the moment the room is furnished with some nice fresh furniture for you (an open wardrobe, a new bed and a new Mattress and a desk)

This is a very large bright three-bedroom apartment with exceptional sunshine. Located on top of a freshly built apartment development.

It has a big open plan living room and fitted kitchen, as well as a common balcony.
We have a nice green just off the road for you to do your daily exercise and enjoy the sunshine.

The flat benefits of a new fridge, dishwasher, oven and washing machine with dryer, floor heating Our Resident Managers live on-site and are always there to help. Don’t worry about staying in for a parcel or waiting two weeks to get a leaky tap fixed.

Your room is a good size double with large ceiling-to-floor windows and a private balcony (almost size of the room, if you visit, you will see :) ) that has a nice window for you to put your plants or just enjoy the natural evening lights.

The flat is located strategically close to major lines (Trains, overground and DLR) one stop from London Bridge, Cannon-street and 15 min away from Canary Wharf. It is also a minute away from Goldsmith University and trendy new cross and only 10 min by bike or 20 walking from Greenwich University.

* 04 min walk to New Cross Station
* 05 min walk to New Cross station
* 09 min commute to London Bridge
* 11 min commute to Cannon-street.
* 20 min walk to Greenwich
* Close to Goldsmith University
* Parking - available on request

So if you are working in Canary Wharf (as I used to do) or City (as I do) you will have more than one route to get to work, and you will be in the city in less than 20 min. Also if you are a tidy student, then you are very welcome too.

- About Me -

I am working as an IT consultancy. My working hours can be very long! Therefore I love my place tidy and cosy to feel at home. I tend to be entirely watching movies quite, but if you have good taste in wine or sports, you might just find a good friend who can join you on the date you have not much to do.

- Neighbourhood -

The centre of London is just four miles away, but New Cross is an area that has its unique character, atmosphere and art spaces you’ll find nowhere else. And unlike other places around the city, there’s still plenty of independent shops and cafes that you’ll love to discover.

My favourite coffee shops are just minutes away from the house :)

- Notes and highlights -

**Private, secure parking is available but you might need to talk to the building manager about it and it will cost you £75 per month! but many people including my previous tenant prefer to park on the street around here.

** We have private, secure bike storage that you can use easily !!

Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.
