We’re looking for 1 or 2 female-tenant(s) ideally to take over the current room which is being vacated by the end of September.

As the remaining occupants are female and Muslim, they are looking for someone with a similar background ideally or up to two-female friends that aren’t into a partying and drinking alcohol lifestyle. Consuming pork is also not allowed in the house.

People that are clean and into a homely lifestyle are welcome.

Quoted price is inclusive of all bills.

If you would like the room for two female friends to share then this can be considered, the price will be £925 all inclusive. Two brand new separate single beds with mattresses will be provided in this instance.

Please note that the picture of the room is incomplete, a double bed will be brought in by the end of this month (unless two single beds are requested) along with 2x double wardrobes, desk, and a desk chair.

The property is at the foot of Roman Road Market with access to all the amenities you need including halal butchers, restaurants and supermarkets. Infamous and beautiful Victoria Park is around 7-8 mins walk away!

Number 8 bus stop is around 2 mins walk from the property which heads straight to central London. Nearest underground station is Mile End on the Central, Hammersmith & City and District line.
