Large Double room in Clapham/ Balham

Hi 👋🏼 I’m Brad, just turned 30 and looking for a large double room in Clapham/ Balham area, within walking distance of the northern line.

I work full time in finance (Group Financial Controller) and tend to work from the office 3-4 days in the week. I would like to say I’m not the stereotypical accountant and know how to have fun!

I’ve lived in London over 5 years now having lived in house shares for most of that time. I’ve met some of my best friends from living with them and looking for a nice social house that spend time together whilst also having their own social lives. Love a good trip to the pub, quiz night or night in watching tv or with a few drinks catching up. As a housemate I’m; tidy, organised and pretty laid back.

As with most guys in the SW, I like to keep fit by going to the gym and running. I like watching most sports too; football (Aston Villa fan!), rugby, tennis etc. I try to travel frequently to explore more parts of the world and experience different cultures and more recently started a bit of property development.
