Looking for room

I’m Jack, I’m 28 and work in finance, based from Victoria. I’ve lived in London since I was 20 and am looking for a new flat as my current landlord is selling. I’m looking to move from mid-June 2024 and will be looking around East and South London, but can be flexible for the right place! I work from home one day a week, so am looking for somewhere with space for a desk.

Pardon the SpareRoom cliches, but I’m a social guy who also enjoys my alone time and I am a very tidy housemate. My weekends tend to involve eating out, going to gigs/the theatre and going to the gym. I’m looking for a housemate to make a home with- I’m keen to live with someone I get on with! More than happy to cook dinner together and spend evenings chatting and watching something, but still mindful of respecting each other’s space and spending time alone etc

My future home needs to be LGBT friendly (I’m cis/gay) and ideally unfurnished, but can be flexible.
