Mature and affable flatmate for great room/house

Hello there! I work as a Floor Manager for a Swiss apparel brand and also develop my design and copywriting skills part-time with online courses.

You can expect me to be very clean and tidy. Every two weeks I like to do an overall clean of the house, including bathroom and kitchen, and my room is always well organised and maintained.

I'm an introvert with an active lifestyle and prefer catching up with small groups of friends as opposed to crowded nights out. I am more likely to socialise in the city, at restaurants and community events for example, as opposed to bringing a group of friends home.

I also enjoy reading, quiet nights in cooking and early morning parks runs. Having really great conversations is something I value too.

I'd like to be part of a house share with a maximum of two other people - so three in total including myself. This helps in terms personal space but also continuity with awareness of each others routines and habits. Mature professionals would suit my criteria in terms of house mates I'd get on with.

Key things I'm looking for from the property are a new, or updated, kitchen and bathroom. It's important that these amenities are well kept and easier to manage and keep tidy. Overall, a more modern styled property with new flooring, fixtures and fittings would suit me best.

An 'all bills included plan' would simplify my billing. But I am very open to a main rental payment of £1000, or just above this amount, and paying split bills for utilities with my other house mates. A split bill payment plan would have to suit my budget of course.
