My name is Ryan, I am currently stepping into a vulnerable position having just had surgery on my arm which is in recovery from a re break to correctly align it. Alongside launching my business and building my clientele as a Holistic Body Movement Coach and shadow work practitioner.
I am currently on a fit note and getting support off Universal credit and am finding it difficult to find a place that will take a person on benifits.

I am 34, I am very social and active however the more I have started feeling into my body and following my intuition the more I realise time to myself is needed. I like to learn new skills, the mind is a muscle and if we don't use it will atrophy. I am keen on personal development and am into my spirituality however don't impose my beliefs on others. I love animals and people with good energy.
My hobbies include, martial arts, bouldering, chi gong, yoga, meditation, sea swims, walks in nature, connecting with people and the occasional dance which I would like do more of.
