Description
Hi there, I’m James
BIT ABOUT MYSELF
LOOKING: Double room, 6+ months.
MOVE IN: June 14th. Can negotiate beyond, very flexible for anything that comes before that.
BUDGET: approx. 1200-1400, depending on bills. Near marks need apply!
AGE: 30
PROFESSION AND SKILLS: business consultant and Coach, come comic (Currently undergoing career change).
SALARY: 45-50,000
WORK: 2 days a week from home, but most of that will be café / library, especially once I have myself settled.
SCHEDULE: Morning tends to be exercise, reflection and daily planning, creative writing; evening - relax / gigging, which means I will be out 50% of evenings. Cooking usually during the day.
INTERESTS: calisthenics, comedy and creative writing, theatre and film, cooking, culture and anthropology, sciences, dogs, service design and life coaching, sci-fi and fantasy, DND.
PROFILE: I'm trying to find my way in a very new career. This means that I will have an increasingly demanding social / networking in the world of showbiz, so it's nice to come home to something spacious and calm - something to call a comfortable home. I am social, and love to have other creatives to bounce off, but need a place I can recharge.
I'm a bright goofball who loves a good laugh and am a respectful and clean housemate. Little “Attention Dozy and Distracted” (ADD) but also very organised. I might forget to take the bins out, but only because I was planning our house BBQ event – that kind of thing 😊
I value open communication, I’m a good listener, mediator - part of being an aspiring life coach one day. I have worked as a consultant, innovator, and problem solver my whole life, so I love to bounce around ideas of how to help / do things differently and together, but only if people are up for it and everyone gains something.
As for co-living, I've lived with a range of people and pride myself on being sensitive to other boundaries. I aim to live with a flatMATE, who I can also share my space and time with and live well with. Prefer settings that are considerate and helpful. We don’t have to be best mates, but let’s do stuff together, make decisions together, and see where we can help each other out where we can.
And some of this is true, haha: ENFJ - checkout 16 personalites on google if confused.
