I am a 30 year old professional currently living with a friend in Gainsborough but due to personal reasons on his side I am now looking for a new place to call home!
My budget is around £400-£420 per month and I would be looking for bills to be included within this price! I am needing to find somewhere as soon as possible really, and due to the small timescale of needing the room would be looking for a low deposit ideally too or if there could be the option to split the price of the deposit over two months but this can be discussed.
