PhD student looking for a room from September

Hi, I'm a 27 year old software engineer currently living in Prague, starting a PhD in Economics and Computer Science at the University of Edinburgh. Looking for a room from September, but open to start the lease in August or late July if needed. Also happy to join others in hunting for a 2 or a 3 bedroom flat. I'm a non-smoker and more of a quiet person, and I like to spend free time doing sports (tennis, swimming), in nature or at a good concert (mostly indie/rock/folk stuff). Prefer to keep the flat clean and quiet, but happy to have a community-style living and enjoy cooking, watching movies or playing board games together once in a while. I have a monthly budget of £800, and would like to live within 30 minute walking to George Square Gardens.
