Hi, I'm a student looking for accommodation. I would prefer that the tenancy term begins August at the earliest, ideally in September. A monthly rental cost below £500 inc bills would be great, too. Open to a mixed house but would prefer to live with other girls. I am neat and organized, not the best cook but I try, and an ambivert - so if you want to hang out or just keep to ourselves I'm fine with either.
