My room in this shared house will be available from beginning of June, as my exchange is ending.
It is situated near Wellgate, so lots of shops and bus stations nearby, view of the tay (out of the window in the room) in a residential family area.
I mainly spend my time in the living room/kitchen chatting, watching movies or cooking. It is the heart of the house where people can come together and hangout, if they want to, the sunlight shines in beautifully in the morning. With two bathrooms and 3 floores and a small garden there is plenty of space.
