It is in a perfect location - only a few minutes walk to station's new entrance in Vastern Road/town centre/River Thames . Shops nearby including an Aldi and only a few minutes walk to the centre of Reading with The Oracle for shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a footbridge at the bottom of the road that takes you across the Thames to meadows, tennis courts and just a short walk to the centre of Caversham.

Suit non smoking professional graduates to share with like minded persons. It really is a great place to live- a home rather than just a room.

You need to budget around £67 pcm for the fixed utilities of council tax, TV license, broadband and water. The broadband is a fast Virgin Media Business package. The house organise the gas and electric.
