We are live in landlord couple with 2 children. Looking for 1 FEMALE STUDENT. No pet or smoking please. We do have a friendly puppy German Shepard live in the garage and come to kitchen only occasionally. He is not allowed to be anywhere else in the house.

Bus stop is 2 mins walk and there is direct bus to Bristol University and UWE.
