The house is situated in a quiet area, approx. 7 min walk to Science park, good access to A14, nearby citi1 bus stop, guided bus stop and Cambridge North train station.
The house is quiet (no parties) and furnished, warm in winter. It is equipped with BT Infinity broadband, TV and standard amenities.

There is a shared living room with a dining area, shared kitchen, two bathrooms, conservatory and a garden. There is a parking space in the court (subject to availability) and off-road parking space, a shed for bikes and also a space in a back garden for keeping the bikes.

The tenants in the property are 3 males, working professionals [Argentinian, Indian] They are in their 20th - 30s.

Non-smoker (smoking not allowed in the house) clean, quiet, tidy and considerate person is preferred. Short-term tenancy welcome.
