The location cannot be more central - just in front of The Lanes, with the back of the building looking at the Pavillion and the park there.
The flat is part-furnished (with a bed, sofa , kitchen table and a few other pieces of furniture).
The current lease is set to expire at the end of September, where it will continue on a monthly rolling basis. So that means 6 more months in the fix-term contract.
- En-suite bathroom.
- It has a fully fitted kitchen (personal fridge included), huge living room with plenty of space.
- The Bedroom is big enough to work from home, so it is great for working professionals.
My flatmate is very chill and understanding. Bills are already set up on his name, so setting up will be super quick.

Bills are not included in the rent, but generally the flat is efficient in energy cost.
