The light and airy room is located at the front of the house overlooking a large garden and is part furnished with brand new bed and mattress, small wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is space for a couple of items of your furniture although it can be fully furnished if need be.

The kitchen is spacious leading into the open plan dining room overlooking the garden. There is a decked area outside with two BBQ’s available to use. Steps lead into the sunny 100 foot garden.

The lounge is comfortable and cosy with two sofas and wood burner.

There is free parking outside on the road for your car, and there are very good bus routes within a two minute walk. The shops on Albert Parade are also very close.

I have lovely (male) lodger who lives in the self contained annex. Another female lodger who lives in the main house, however the kitchen is shared.
