We have 1 large double bedroom with En Suite to rent in our home in Peacehaven in a closed and very quite road with on-road parking available.
Local shops are nearby, a Tesco Express is within walking distance as well as public transports(less than 5 mins walking, bus n14). The room is furnished with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table, drawers, cable TV, Wi-Fi and all the utilities are included in the rent.
Access to the common areas of the home such as the kitchen and garden. We have three, very friendly pets: two dogs and a cat.
Ideally, we are looking for a full-time employed professional who DOESN’T work from home, works regular hours to stay for a long term. The room is available for one person only.
