Beautiful Rooms to Rent in a Quiet Eastbourne Area

Pack your bags and just move in!

I have two double rooms that I wish to rent to clean, respectful and professional individuals who can clean up after themselves.

They must be individuals who can enjoy quiet as no parties/bash/loud music are allowed in the building and everyone essentially minds their business.

I'm happy to report that the rooms have now been fully furnished and available for viewing.

PLEASE, READ THIS PART AS IT IS IMPORTANT:

All bills are included in the rent. But there is a caveat.

As we all know, the price of energy has gone up significantly; and so, if the energy around the house is used in a bashful manner, without thought and the bill goes up significantly than what I would normally expect, I am afraid I will have to share the surplus among us.

And, I'm sure no one wants to incur unnecessary costs; so, please let us use energy sensibly as mature adults do.

The rooms are fully furnished; so, you can expect your room to have:
- A double bed with a mattress (including a duvet with pillows and bedsheets),
- A chest of drawers (3),
- A bedside cabinet,
- A large standing mirror,
- A TV cabinet with a 32-inch Smart TV that comes with great apps and free digital channels. And as a bonus, I've ensured that everyone has access to Netflix in HD and 4K. The bigger room even has BT TV, and the smaller one has a Roku streaming device.
- An executive office chair with a computer desk,
- A wardrobe,

PARKING:
There's plenty of parking available: On-street and visitor parking (front and back) can be used. No permits are required.

THE HOUSE:
- Safe, quiet and secure. Not anyone can enter the building, so you're in good hands.
- Well maintained.
- Cleanliness is vital. Thus, I would like occupants who can clean up after themselves. To aid with this, we can discuss the use of a biweekly/monthly cleaner (I'll cover those costs if needs be).
- The kitchen, though shared, has everything you'll need for cooking with peace of mind!
- The bathroom is also shared, but you have access to a bathtub with a shower and everything you need for a comfortable bath!
- Friendly, relaxed, respectful professional house share.
- Hi-speed Wi-fi.
- You won't be bored as you'd have access to entertainment (TV, Netflix, etc).
- All bills are included but with a caveat (see above).
- Well situated with easy access to transportation.

EXCELLENT LOCATION:
- Local shops are only 2 minutes away.
- Dental surgeries and GPs nearby.
- Bus stops are about 5 to 10 minutes away.
- The train station is just a minute away!
