Friendly family home in Southwick

I have a double furnished bedroom in Southwick, across the road from the number 2 bus stop and easy walking distance to the train station. 10 mins walk to the sea and 10 mins walk to the downs, large back garden. Shared bathroom, kitchen and the other 'flatmates' are my three sons, aged 8, 10 and 14. We're kind, welcoming and open minded, we speak English and Spanish but love learning other languages.. We have a big back garden and an allotment if anyone likes pottering outdoors. No pets but we love animals and are open if anyone wants to bring one with them.
The room is only available from now until the end of July and then again from September on a long term basis.
