Lovely double room in Cadbury Heath

Hey! My name is Ky and I’ve recently moved into this newly renovated property in Cadbury Heath and looking for a housemate.

The house is a traditional Cornish Style House with a newly fitted kitchen, a dining room, a shared living room, two bedrooms, a home office and a shared bathroom.

There is two car parking spots on the drive and plenty of on-street parking.

The double room is unfurnished but is very light and has recently had a new carpet fitted. There is a small built in wardrobe space (extra wardrobe space in the office room if needed).

There is a decent sized back garden with a patio, washing line and some workout/sports equipment.

The neighbours are really friendly and approachable.

I’m still learning the area but so far I’ve found that it’s a quiet/peaceful area with great transport links into Bristol and Bath. There’s a good range of shops, restaurants, cinemas, gyms, a small library and a few pubs. There are also a number of hikes and cycle routes nearby with some great views.

It’s a perfect spot if you’re looking for a tidy, relaxed place in a pleasant area with great transport links and amenities.

A little about me - I’m a healthcare professional at the RUH in Bath. I’m pretty introverted, chilled, friendly, social, clean and tidy and sporty. Outside of work you’ll catch me studying, watching sports, going to gigs, cooking a storm and doing some DIY around the house.
