A double room for a single occupant available close to the the heart of Richmond. A place is freshly painted with new appliances and brand new mattress.
I am a mature student on a full time course, so student is welcome.

7 min Richmond Train station by bus (choice of 4 buses) or 15 min walk.. River walk - 3 min. Off street parking.

A share of bathroom and modern kitchen, ( brand new appliances: dishwasher, washing machine)
Broadband WIRELESS INTERNET - Virgin Media.

The room has HEMNESS Day bed THAT set as a double 200cm x 80 cm with a brand new matress. But, could be minimised to a single to create more space ( single mattress available for that).

It is a family environment.
Ideally looking for a friendly, clean and tidy non-smoking professional, strictly single occupancy, no couples, no guests, thank you.

I am a professional who is also requalifying in the evenings and Saturdays and studying in the evening. Looking for equally busy professional. Potentially might have son coming to occupy one of the rooms from mid June to mid- end Aug an holidays from his university course.

Furniture that is on order for the room:
- Tall book shelf to go behind the desk ( separate foto)
- a tall white wardrobe with two draws instead of grey on the photo

Further additions:
- Kitchen to have a table and two chairs
- One storage shelf to be made available in the Hallway
- (with a time maybe TV to be added to the kitchen on a bracket)
