Spacious room in a 4 beds flat

I’m looking for a woman to replace me in my flatshare where I’ve been living for almost two years. Unfortunately moving out to get closer to my new work.
It’s a woman only flat with a kitchen and a bathroom to share.
The room is very spacious with built in wardrobes, a double bed, a chest of drawers for more storage and a large size desk.
It has a common backyard to share with other neighbors that is very spacious as well.

It is important to know that if you have a physical disability this may not be the right place for you as there are unfortunately a lot of stairs to access the flat and then to access the bedroom which is on the second floor.
