Double room with en-suite near tram station

Hello 👋 I've one double room with en-suite available until mid-September in the 2 bed apartment within 2 mins walk to tram station, town centre and Tesco Extra. The en-suite has shower cubicle and a toilet with hand shower(if that matters!). There is an ample storage in fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The shared area includes dining space, kitchen and a good sized balcony attached to the dining room. The bills are not included in the rent and will be devided between two. If you have a car, there is an allocated parking at the basement of the building that you can use for free!

I'm software professional working from office twice a week. Looking for a clean and easy going professional to share this cosy house for few months.
